When you receive a router to connect to the internet, you first perform its physical installation (Figure -1-). Then, you have to register your software (user name and password information provided by the internet provider) by accessing the router interface. One of the ip addresses that we use to access the router interface is 192.168.100.1 ip number.
How to login 192.168.100.1
One of the default ip numbers used by Motorola, Netgear, Zyxel, USRobotics, Arris, Huawei, Cisco to reach the router interface is 192.168.100.1.
Type 192.168.100.1 in the address bar of your Internet browser (Google Chrome & Mozilla) and press enter. If you see a screen with the user name and password, you have reached the router interface. If you didn’t, please visit our https://iprouter.info/find-router-ip-address.html.

What You Can With 192.168.100.1
After you have successfully logged in to the router interface, first enter your username and password information provided by your internet provider in order to provide internet access.
The information you will use for wireless connection is written under your modem. You can also change your name and password information for your wireless connection. You can hide the name of your wireless connection.
You can view the devices connected to your Internet or you can do mac address filtering.
You can enable family protection.
You can make new updates for your modem.
